Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The ATTRAL Affiliate Program allows qualified individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring customers to our SaaS platform. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Commission Structure

  • Commission Rate: 20% of the first payment only
  • Payment Method: One-time commission on initial subscription
  • Minimum Payout: ₹1,000
  • Lock Period: 15 days from payment date
  • Payout Method: UPI, Bank Transfer, or PayPal

3. Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a valid UPI ID, bank account, or PayPal account
  • Cannot be an existing ATTRAL customer (to prevent self-referrals)
  • Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Must not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promote ATTRAL in a truthful and ethical manner
  • Use only approved marketing materials and links
  • Disclose your affiliate relationship when required by law
  • Not engage in spam, misleading claims, or deceptive practices
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Self-referrals or creating fake accounts
  • Using automated systems to generate clicks
  • Misrepresenting ATTRAL's products or services
  • Violating trademark or copyright laws
  • Engaging in illegal or unethical marketing practices
  • Creating misleading or false testimonials
  • Using ATTRAL's brand name in domain names or social media handles

6. Tracking and Attribution

  • Commissions are tracked using unique referral links
  • Attribution window is 30 days from first click
  • Only first-time customers are eligible for commissions
  • ATTRAL reserves the right to void commissions for fraudulent activity
  • Commission calculations are final and binding

7. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are processed after the 15-day lock period
  • Minimum payout threshold of ₹1,000 must be reached
  • Payments are made monthly via your preferred method
  • You are responsible for any taxes on commission income
  • ATTRAL may request tax information for reporting purposes

Affiliate Payment Policy – ATTRAL SaaS (Subscription Service)

1. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn a flat ₹300 per paid subscription signup via their unique link.
  • Commission is awarded once per customer, regardless of subscription duration.

2. Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum payout threshold is ₹2000. Affiliates must reach ₹2000 in commissions before they are eligible for payout.

3. Lock Period

A 30-day lock period applies after each signup to account for cancellations, chargebacks, or payment failures. After the lock period, commissions are marked as approved and available for payout.

4. Payment Schedule

  • Payouts are issued monthly, between the 10th–15th of each month.
  • Payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Wire Transfer (based on affiliate preference and location).

5. Refunds & Fraud Policy

  • If a customer cancels or requests a refund within the lock period, the commission for that signup is voided.
  • ATTRAL reserves the right to deny payouts in cases of fraudulent or policy-violating promotions.

8. Program Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

  • You must stop using ATTRAL branding and marketing materials
  • Pending commissions will be paid if above minimum threshold
  • You must remove all ATTRAL links from your websites
  • ATTRAL may withhold payments for suspected violations

9. Intellectual Property

All ATTRAL trademarks, logos, and marketing materials remain the property of ATTRAL. You may use approved materials only as specified in this agreement. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

ATTRAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimers

  • ATTRAL makes no warranties about the affiliate program
  • Commission rates may change with 30 days notice
  • ATTRAL reserves the right to modify these terms
  • Program availability is subject to applicable laws

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, India.
